RO Saathi is an independent Chrome extension and website for millers using the Punjab Anaaj Kharid portal. This policy explains what information we handle and what stays on your computer.
1. Information we do not collect
We do not create accounts and we do not ask for your portal password. Payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment gateway. Razorpay handles your card, UPI or netbanking details; we receive only the payment ID, amount, status and the contact details you provide at checkout, and we never see your card number or UPI PIN.
2. Information you send us
- Payment proof: when you send a payment screenshot on WhatsApp, we receive the image, your WhatsApp number and any details you include, such as your name and mill name.
- Support messages: if you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your messages and phone number.
- License details: we keep a record of the license key issued to you so we can support and, if necessary, revoke it.
We use this information only to verify payment, deliver the extension and license key, provide support, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell it.
3. What the extension stores
Miller profiles, mandi lists, quantities, field mappings and your license key are stored in chrome.storage.local inside your Chrome browser. This data stays on your computer. The extension does not send your profiles, portal content, login session or order data to us.
The extension runs only on anaajkharid.in and requests the storage, activeTab and scripting permissions. It reads and fills the Release Order form in your browser. It does not solve CAPTCHAs, submit orders or bypass portal controls.
4. Hosting and technical logs
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and request time to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch the font files.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run the product, such as Razorpay (payment processing), WhatsApp (support) and our hosting provider, or where required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.
6. Retention
We keep payment and license records for as long as needed to support your license and meet tax or accounting requirements. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve the issue and maintain a record of the license.
7. Your choices
You can clear all locally stored extension data by removing the extension or clearing its storage in Chrome. To request access, correction or deletion of the information we hold about you, contact us on WhatsApp. We may need to keep limited records where the law requires it.
8. Children
RO Saathi is a business tool for adults operating a miller account. It is not intended for anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the product changes. The latest version will always be on this page with a new date.
