Refund Policy

We want RO Saathi to work on your setup. If it does not, tell us within 3 days of receiving your license key and we will try to fix it remotely. If we cannot get it working, we refund your payment and revoke the key.

1. The 3-day window

The window starts when we send your license key and extension ZIP, not when you first open the site. Report the issue on WhatsApp with a short description and, where possible, a screenshot of the problem.

2. What we will do first

We will ask you to allow a remote support session or follow a few steps, such as reinstalling the ZIP, checking Chrome's Developer mode, or clicking Reload Assistant on the portal. Most installation issues are resolved this way.

3. When a refund is approved

  • The extension cannot be activated or used on your Chrome setup after reasonable troubleshooting.
  • You were charged twice for the same license.
  • The product materially differs from what this site describes and we cannot correct it.

4. When a refund is not available

  • The 3-day window has passed.
  • The portal rejected an order, allocated less quota than you planned, or was unavailable — these are portal decisions, not product faults.
  • The key was shared, resold or used on more than 2 Chrome profiles or computers.
  • You changed your mind after using the extension successfully.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 5–7 business days. We will ask for the Razorpay payment ID or the transaction reference. The license key is revoked when the refund is processed.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or payment app. A chargeback without contacting support may lead to the license being revoked while the dispute is investigated.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable Indian consumer law.
