Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the RO Saathi website and Chrome extension. By buying a license or installing the extension, you agree to them.

1. What RO Saathi is

RO Saathi is an independent form-filling assistant that works with the Punjab Anaaj Kharid portal. It fills fields and adds mandi rows from a profile you save. You review the form, enter the CAPTCHA and click PROCEED yourself.

RO Saathi is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Punjab Government, the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, or anaajkharid.in. You are responsible for following the portal's terms and for the accuracy of every order you submit.

2. No guarantee of allocation

Quota release, allocation, portal availability and order acceptance are controlled by the portal. RO Saathi does not guarantee quota, allocation, speed of allocation or uninterrupted access. It is a productivity tool, not a quota service.

3. License grant

  • A lifetime license is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable.
  • One license covers up to 2 Chrome profiles or computers used for the same miller.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, rent or share your license key.
  • You may not remove license or activation components, or distribute modified copies.
  • You may not use the extension to break the portal's terms or to submit orders for accounts you are not authorised to operate.

4. Delivery

After you pay ₹7,000 through Razorpay, the payment is confirmed automatically and your license key and download link are shown on the confirmation page immediately. If the confirmation page fails, message us on WhatsApp with your payment ID and we will issue the key manually.

5. Price and taxes

The price shown on this site is the total amount payable in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes, if any, are included in that amount. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.

6. Updates

We may release updated builds to keep the extension working when the portal changes. Updates are offered while the product is supported, but continuous compatibility is not guaranteed. You install updates manually by replacing the extension folder and using the Reload Assistant button.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the refund policy. In short: report a problem within 3 days of receiving your key and, if we cannot get it working on your setup, we refund the payment and revoke the key.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your portal credentials private. RO Saathi never asks for your password.
  • Verify quantities, totals and wallet balance before you submit an order.
  • Do not share your key or the extension ZIP with others.
  • Use the extension only on Chrome 110 or newer, with the portal's own login session.

9. Disclaimer

The extension is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free or that the portal will remain unchanged.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the extension or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the license. We are not liable for lost quota, lost profits, rejected orders, portal downtime or indirect or consequential loss.

11. Termination

We may revoke a license and refuse support if you share the key, resell the extension, attempt to bypass activation or use the extension for unauthorised access. Where the law allows, revoked licenses are not refunded.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.
